Congratulations Diversity Champions - Wizards of Aha's Published April 7, 2009 By CMSgt Danny Walker 184 IW/HRA January 14, 2009 -- "Fighting Jayhawks" from the 184th Intelligence Wing, KSANG, form a circle before starting one of the fun, but challenging, group activities at their recent Diversity Champions Class. Over 30 Wing members attended the class, to include the 184th Wing Commander, Col Mike Foster (center of photo). "It was an outstanding, well-run course that re-energized our whole group on what diversity truly is and how we can be everyday diversity champions. I was especially impressed with the team building and leadership aspects of the class," Col Foster remarked. The 184th Intelligence Wing participated in this fantastic class 12-14 January 2009 with wonderful results. Most of those who participated wondered what would be covered in 3 days of Diversity Training and also hoping it wouldn't be three days of PowerPoint® slide shows. However, by the end of the 3 days everyone said it was the best course they had ever taken and hoped that everyone in the 184th IW and the Air National Guard could take the course. It is well worth the time and effort to attend this class if you have the opportunity.
