This form is used to file an aircraft noise complaint due to operations at Smoky Hill ANG Range and in Military Operations Areas assigned to Smoky Hill ANG Range.

Noise complaints from other areas such as McConnell Air Force Base, Fort Riley, local airports, etc. will not be processed through this system.
